What are the responsibilities and job description for the CBT Case Manager position at Alvis?
Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate CBT Case Manager to join our team of professionals in the Toledo area. The purpose of this combined role is to provide group facilitation, individual interventions, and case management for clients to promote pro-social behaviors, healthy decision-making, and compliance with individual program plans (IPP) or case plans. Services are delivered in alignment with the mission and goals of the agency, as well as agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. Employees will utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to address anti-social thoughts and behaviors, coordinate educational programming, and foster positive interpersonal skills through consistent engagement with clients.
Education: Associate’s degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or other related field combined with 1 year of experience in human services, corrections, substance abuse treatment, or community-based services.
Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or another related field is preferred.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
