This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Home Marketer located in Atlantic City, NJ. The Nursing Home Marketer will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the nursing home facility and its services. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, organizing marketing and networking events, conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing community awareness. This role requires collaboration with the internal team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that reflect the values and goals of the organization.
- Marketing and Sales skills, including experience in creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Effective Communication, Networking, and Client Relationship skills
- Experience in Referral Development and Community Outreach
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Proficiency with marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the healthcare, senior care, or nursing home industry is highly beneficial
