Primary Purpose
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree
Valid Texas teaching certification for assigned content area and level
Special Knowledge/Skills
ESL Certification preferred (for ELA IC – required)
Communicate and demonstrate research-based instructional practices
Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experience
Minimum of three years of experience as a classroom teacher
Demonstrated leadership experience
Salary: Teacher / 10 Months
- Through instructional coaching, assist teachers in the learning and application of knowledge and skills designed to improve instruction and overall student performance through observation, staff development, and support.
- Work directly with teachers to enhance the instructional process in order to increase student engagement and improve academic achievement.
