Alviere brings together technology and program support with the trust of a licensed financial institution to assure the safety, flexibility, and long-term viability of client programs.Job Summary:The Engagement Manager owns the end-to-end client relationship for assigned customers, serving as the primary point of accountability from implementation through ongoing delivery and success. This role combines project management, account management, and client advisory responsibilities to ensure clients realize value while maintaining high satisfaction, compliance alignment, and long-term retention.The Engagement Manager partners closely with all other departments - including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support - to deliver implementations on time & within budget, deliver & manage ongoing initiatives, and proactively address client needs in a regulated financial services environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead client implementations from contract handoff through go-liveServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholdersDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependenciesCoordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful deliveryManage scope, change requests, and implementation communicationsEnsure implementations align with contractual, regulatory, and security requirementsOwn post-implementation initiatives, enhancements, and platform expansionsManage client requests, prioritization, and expectations across multiple concurrent engagementsFacilitate regular client check-ins, business reviews, and roadmap discussionsAct as a client advocate internallyMonitor platform adoption, usage, and key performance indicatorsIdentify risks to delivery or satisfaction and drive resolutionUnderstand applicable financial services regulations impacting clients (e.g., payments, banking, data security)Ensure client activities align with company policies, risk controls, and compliance requirementsEscalate potential compliance, operational, or reputational risks appropriatelyContribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, documentation, and client-facing processesMaintain accurate client records, project documentation, and status reportingA successful Engagement Manager will have the following:4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Engagement Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success ManagerExperience managing complex implementations or projects in a SaaS environmentStrong project management skills, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder coordinationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneouslyComfort working with technical, operational, and compliance stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in fintech, payments, banking technology, or regulated SaaSFamiliarity with APIs, data integrations, or platform-based productsExperience working with financial institutions and enterprise clientsPMP, CSM, or similar certificationIn accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for Company bonus and equity.
