The AERO Product Support Manager is responsible for working with departments across the AERO organization to ensure the sales team is fully apprised of all product development and product changes with a direct responsibility for maximizing the sales of AERO. This individual is also responsible for coordinating with sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, and customer service to ensure detailed communication methods and proper documentation exists for all AERO products and services.

- Develop and coordinate procedures and tools to enable the sales organization to prepare the quotations required.
- Assist the sales organization on daily operational activities for delivery/technical inquires.
- Liaison between sales and manufacturing to ensure customer needs and expectations are met, specifically for special projects.
- Serve as liaison between the various sales offices to resolve issues in order to maintain the enthusiasm to promote the AERO product lines.
- Liaison between marketing and engineering staff to produce and maintain the product data sheets used by the sales organization.
- Liaison between marketing and engineering staff to produce and maintain the product manuals used by the customers.
- Assist DSS and Customer Service Manager to ensure the sales team is apprised of all customer issues and ensure understanding and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work with the sales organizations to maintain specific market knowledge and maintain personal relationships to assure good relations to maximize sales.
- Actively participate in product development process to ensure sales staff are apprised of product changes and assist in training sales staff in response to changes.
- Assist with product development strategy, working closely with sales and upper management.
Requirements
What qualifies someone for this position?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Five (5) years related experience.
- Expertise with technical sales management and marketing.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills and ability to coordinate with staff across a variety of departments
- Use of LN ERP system is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
