  • Partner with warehouse and production teams to improve layout, material flow, and space utilization
  • Support optimization efforts such as part slotting, point-of-use storage, and kitting processes
  • Help develop and maintain standard work and process documentation aligned with quality standards
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, on-time delivery to production, and throughput
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field - Recent or upcoming grads encouraged to apply!
  • Internship, co-op, or academic experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or process improvement is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, tracking, and reporting)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
