WHAT WILL YOU DO
This individual is responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and controlling daily activities of Laboratory Support services to assure appropriate delivery of care. Prepares schedules, resolves staffing problems, coordinates training activities of staff and clinical students. Responsible for maintaining inventories for section. Assists in interviewing and evaluating staff. Investigates occurrences and provides written report. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of Catholic Healthcare while performing all job functions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months of related experience is preferred.
Background in medical laboratory and/or knowledge of medical terminology is required.
