Independent, high-end management consultancy with an established presence in Europe and the US, continuing to scale its North American offering.
I am currently partnering with a specialist consulting firm that works with large, complex organizations on delivering critical transformation programmes, often operating at the heart of client leadership teams.
The firm has built a strong reputation for its hands-on, delivery-focused model - embedding alongside senior stakeholders to drive real outcomes across business and technology change.
They are now looking to hire experienced consultants at Senior Manager / Manager level to play a key role in leading client engagements and delivering high-impact transformation initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a highly collaborative, low-hierarchy environment, combining structured thinking with hands-on delivery in complex environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead key workstreams or projects within large-scale transformation programmes
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver critical initiatives
- Translate complex challenges into clear, structured, and actionable plans
- Drive delivery across business and technology teams
- Ensure programmes deliver measurable and lasting business impact
About You
- 6–10 years’ experience in management consulting
- Currently operating at Manager / Senior Manager level (or equivalent)
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects or programmes
- Experience working with large, enterprise-level organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to technology-enabled change
- Collaborative mindset with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach

Salary : $160,000 - $260,000
