Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial environments
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions with confidence and professionalism
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, measuring, and fitting for various plumbing applications
• Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, company vehicle, and job documentation
• Deliver high-level customer service and represent Alvarez Plumbing Co with professionalism
• Participate in on-call rotation, and work overtime, nights, or weekends as required
• Assist with minor carpentry or related tasks when needed to complete plumbing projects

Qualifications

• 4 years of plumbing service experience (residential/commercial)
• Minimum 2 years of experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Strong plumbing knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Proficient with standard hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Clean, insurable driving record
• Valid Florida Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to Tampa, FL 33619

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule
