Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales / Estimator who can meet with homeowners, build relationships, create project estimates, and close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hungry and competitive.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients and conduct site visits
- Build estimates and proposals for landscape and lawn care projects
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Present designs, pricing, and project solutions
- Close sales and maintain client relationships throughout the project
- Work closely with our operations and design teams
- Track opportunities and customer communication
Qualifications
- Sales experience *preferred* (construction, landscaping, home improvement, or related industries a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using technology, CRM software, and estimating tools (training provided but experience preferred)
Compensation
- Competitive base pay
