Full Time Pawn Broker

Job description

Seeking a Full-time employee who is motivated, energetic, outgoing and able to work Monday - Saturday with one day off during the week.

MUST HAVE PRIOR PAWN EXPERIENCE

• Store hours are M-F 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, NO SUNDAYS
• We offer competitive salary $2,500 - $3,000 per month, based on experience
• * Sales Comm* - 3% of sales, Average Bonus range is $500 - $1500 per mo.
• 1 week Paid vacation after 6 months employment
• 2 weeks Paid vacation per year after 18 months service
• Paid Holidays

• We purchase lunch for our team every Friday & Saturday.
• Bilingual a preferred

This position includes:

• Sales Commission Bonus (after 30 days)
• Knowledge/Sales experience in any of the following is a plus: Firearms, jewelry, electronics, tools, musical instruments, lawn equipt, fishing equipt
• Assist in opening/closing procedures
• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service; handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully
• Maintain an awareness of current product knowledge
• Process Sales, Loans and Extensions in the Point of Sale System
• Handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Must be able to balance drawer daily.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
