Seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant at Alvarado Care Center! Come join this in-house team at the beautifully 72 bed skilled nursing facility in Los Angeles, CA!
Our newly remodeled facility includes a large rehabilitation gym with state-of-the-art equipment to help accelerate the recovery process of our residents. In addition to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, we also offer therapeutic recreation and social activities.

Responsibilities:
- Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
- Responds to requests for service by relaying information and referral to Registered Physical Therapist.
- Implements and modifies the patient’s physical therapy plan of treatment with RPT supervision
- Measuring & recording residents motor function, strength and muscle performance
- Monitors patient responses to treatments and modifies it during treatment sessions as necessary.
- Observe residents and write progress reports.
