We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing residential cleaning team.
At Alux Clean, we specialize in high-end homes. Our clients expect consistency, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. This is not a casual cleaning job—this is a professional role within a premium service company.
Pay:
$20–$28/hour based on experience, reliability, and performance
What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed residential cleanings in high-end homes
- Follow structured systems and checklists (we train you)
- Maintain a high level of consistency and quality
- Communicate clearly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Extremely dependable — attendance matters here
- Reliable transportation (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Professional, respectful, and trustworthy
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday residential cleanings
- Full-time & part-time positions available
- Must be able to reliably commute within a 30-minute radius for scheduled cleanings.
This is NOT a fit if you:

- Call out frequently
- Prefer low-effort or rushed work
- Are not comfortable being held to high standards
