POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Specialist supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. The position performs a variety of warehousing duties requiring utilization of the government's automated work management system and Alutiiq LLC's storage plan. Keeps supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered, and identifies and reports safety, environmental, and other work requirements for resolution.

• Verifies materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, processes "receiving' in both the government's automated work program and Alutiiq LLC's computer program, and routes hard copy documentation to appropriate departments.
• Routes materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, ensuring locations are accurately noted in the government's automated work 'management system.
• Drives company vehicle in order to pick-up materials as well as deliver contract deliverables to correct agencies and materials to worksites as well as obtaining correct signatures on vendor Invoices and Alutiiq LLC purchase orders (PO's).
• Maintains inventory of stored material to identify discrepancies, etc. as directed.
• Operates forklifts.
• Interfaces with customers and responsible for customer feedback, as applicable.
• Operates motor vehicles In accordance with company vehicle policies.
• Compiles with applicable federal, state, United States Air Force (USAF) and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) environmental laws and regulations.
• Complies with health and safely rules and procedures; performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
• Incumbent will at all times wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined by position and duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Accurate, timely, and cost effective performance of duties.
• Working harmoniously with customers and fellow co-workers.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all Alutiiq LLC related matters.
• Accountable for assigned tools, materials and equipment.
• Cleanliness and safety of shop and work areas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Valid state driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of valid insurance.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years' supply and/or warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years' Forklift experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses/IDs/certifications.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to adapt to changes in technology.
• Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diverse situations.
• Demonstrated working ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• This position may currently and/or in the future be required to obtain and retain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) and/or Personal Clearance (PCL) as required by law or contract.
• Position requires pre-employment physical and drug screening.

PREFERRED QUALITIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Four (4) years' supply and/or warehouse experience.
• Military experience.
• Previous experience working on a military installation.
• Experience working on Tinker facilities.
