The Corporate Program Manager responsibilities involve coordinating the administration of the contracts’ implementation and operations. The incumbent will have oversight over all operations and be in coordination with the In-Country Program Manager to ensure that all components of the Program Management Office (PMO) are implemented and operate professionally.

- Responsibilities also include coordination and monitoring of scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of the contract.
- Responsibilities also include coordinating with the COR in preparing any modifications of the contract during the periods of performance.

- Shall lead in all onboarding of staff members in coordination with the In-Country PM and the COR.
- Able to respond to issues in a timely manner and communicate proactively with INL/PAP staff, and the COR.
- Any candidates for this position will be reviewed and approved by INL/PAP staff, COR and the Contracting Officer before boarding.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all contract requirements, working in close coordination with INL and Embassy Port-au-Prince, especially in interactions involving planning and other managerial issues.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant management discipline with over ten years of experience in commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Extensive project experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Advanced degree preferred. Past performance documentation required.
- PMP Certification required.
- Speaks, reads, and writes in fluent English.
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
