Summary/ General Description of Responsibilities:
Receives, reviews, and processes maintenance and repair requirements from building custodians and other base customers. May establish monthly In-Service Work Plan (IWP) for all actual time accounting cost centers and may coordinate the base’s Facility Organizational Customer Utilization System (FOCUS).

Required Qualifications And Experience
Job Requirements, Mandatory:
- Experience in a work management environment.
- Computer literate with two years verifiable data entry-level computer experience.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with an error rate of five.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player; ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with IWIMS work management system.
- Prior radio dispatch experience.
