Work Schedule
- 5-day workweek including a Saturday or Sunday
- Sundays have historically been one of our highest closing days
- Appointment slots typically start at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
- Sales Representatives are expected to attend pre-scheduled in-home appointments daily and participate in in-office sales training sessions once or twice a week
On The Road
- Travel is required; appointments may be 30 minutes to 2 hours away

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home estimates for renovation projects, including baths/showers, windows, and doors
- Provide professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers
- Present product options, design choices, and explain value
- Provide on-the-spot quotes and aim for a “one-call close”
- Submit key details such as measurements, pricing, and product selections after each sale
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Able to attend 3 weeks of training in Connecticut or Boston.
Nice to Have
- Strong communication and memorization skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Preferred: Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales
- Preferred: Knowledge of home improvement, particularly baths/showers and/or windows/doors
- Ability to close deals on a one-call close appointment
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and managing time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
