The Marketing Director is responsible for supporting and coordinating the timely, consistent, and high-quality creation of marketing tools, collateral, and the development of efficient and practical, long-term marketing strategies in a multi-state healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Proficient computer skills, data entry, and the ability to access and work with a variety of social media outlets and other marketing websites.
- Fluent in modern marketing technologies, AI-driven content creation and automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital engagement strategies Communicates information effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Superior presentation and marketing skills in explaining and describing the various lines of business and services.
- Ability to lead advertising planning, agency coordination, budget management, and vendor negotiations.
- Gain additional proficiency in online marketing strategies to enlarge paid engagement initiatives.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings, required in-services, agency PI activities and other meetings as requested.
- Utilizes material, equipment and time in a safe, beneficial, and cost-effective manner.
- Organizes workload to complete responsibilities in an appropriate and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient computer skills, data entry, and the ability to access and work with a variety of social media outlets and other marketing websites.
- Superior presentation and marketing skills in explaining and describing the various lines of business and services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, paid media, SEO, CRM integration, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.
