Our intimate community is thoughtfully designed around two small neighborhoods, allowing our team to build genuine relationships with residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We believe exceptional care is personal, compassionate, evidence-based, and centered on helping every resident experience joy, purpose, dignity, and connection.
As our Health & Wellness Director, you'll lead the clinical team while partnering with caregivers, life enrichment, dining, and families to create an exceptional experience for every resident who calls The Ridge home. Position is scheduled for approximately 16–24 hours per week. Must be available to be on call by phone to provide clinical consultation after hours. Occasional on-site response may be required.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As the clinical leader of the community, you will:
Lead and support the nursing team while fostering a culture of compassion and clinical excellence.
Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care.
Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
Coordinate key clinical programs including staff development, infection prevention, and quality initiatives.
Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding resident outcomes.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members while ensuring compliance with Washington Assisted Living regulations.
Qualifications
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Current Washington RN license (or eligible Compact/temporary license)
Nursing leadership experience (minimum one year)
Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A genuine passion for serving older adults and supporting those living with memory loss
Salary : $98,000 - $130,000
