What You’ll Do
- Be the First Point of Contact: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries, setting a professional and friendly tone for everyone.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage office logistics, from coordinating meetings and handling mail to ensuring we're always stocked with supplies.
- Provide Vital Support: Assist with administrative tasks like document processing, file management, and ensuring the front desk is always covered.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years clerical experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Food Handlers Cad preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication abilities to interact with residents, their families, and team members.
