Requirements Ear Nose & Throat/ENT5 clinic days a month (Monday-Friday) - 8 am to 5 pmno call or after hoursClinic based and 2 days of surgery in the Hospital (7-12 surgeries a month)Supporting a PA who covers the clinic during the weekLooking for a long-term person to cover (not a different doct every month)Must credential and be financial credentialing prior to starting as surgeries are not emergent so to get their prior authorization need to be credentialed by Insurances NOTE: Licensing must be complete by time of assignment: A NM Medical License can take 6 - 8 weeks to obtain, following that, providers would need to apply for a NM Controlled Substance license which could take an additional two weeks and then they would need to update their DEA to NM.
