The Senior Manager, People & Culture Operations, will report to the Senior Director, People & Culture, to establish and maintain strong HR operational framework. This position will manage the day-to-day input of the HRIS, offer process, onboarding and offboarding, as well as all operational excellence related to annual merit process, employee reward and recognition programs.
Responsibilities- Offer and Onboarding Process including New Hire Orientation
- Exit and Offboarding Process
- Daily maintenance of Alumis' HRIS, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
- Management of the employee reward and recognition programs and processes
- Administer mandatory employee training by tracking completion, maintaining records, issuing reminders, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
- Manage and maintain employee swag inventory, fulfillment processes, and vendor coordination
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability
- Process verifications of employment
- Maintain P&C SharePoint site
- Strong partnership with Total Rewards, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams
- Adhoc P&C team administrative support
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 7 years' experience in HR, HR operations, customer services
- Strong business and HR acumen.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed goals and KPIs with excellence mind-set.
- Knowledge of large-scale data management, payroll, time and HRIS systems solutions and strong skills in technologies.
- Understanding of interactions between HR, accounting, and finance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and collaborate well with cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, decision-making skills and process orientation.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as SharePoint
- Current/Previous HRIS experience (BambooHR)
- HR Policy experience
- Strong process and project management skills
- Ability to work within the gray
- Strong communication skills
This position is located in South San Francisco, CA and employees are expected to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday.
The salary range for this position is $156,900 USD to $185,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
