Duties

- Review and manage project contracts to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of project schematics and documentation using tools such as Bluebeam.
- Utilize project management software to track project progress and maintain records.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Support the estimating process by gathering necessary data for accurate project budgeting.
Experience
- Proven experience in a project coordination role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using project management software.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external team members and stakeholders.
