Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance. Your energetic leadership will foster a culture of quality excellence, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management principles, regulatory requirements, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements including FDA regulations.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with applicable standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee quality control processes including inspection, testing, and validation to ensure products meet specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish robust quality assurance protocols that enhance product consistency and reduce defects.
  • Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to uphold product integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, trends, and feedback to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  • Facilitate training programs on quality systems, standards, and best practices for staff at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions effectively.
  • Solid understanding of quality inspection techniques, control charts, statistical analysis skills, and QA/QC methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement solutions swiftly.
  • Exceptional communication skills for training staff and reporting findings. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain quality of our products while ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67, $81,564.68 per year
