Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements including FDA regulations.
- Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with applicable standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee quality control processes including inspection, testing, and validation to ensure products meet specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish robust quality assurance protocols that enhance product consistency and reduce defects.
- Manage non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to uphold product integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, trends, and feedback to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Facilitate training programs on quality systems, standards, and best practices for staff at all levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality management roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions effectively.
- Solid understanding of quality inspection techniques, control charts, statistical analysis skills, and QA/QC methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and implement solutions swiftly.
