Due to increasing patient demand, we are reopening a dedicated second location under the Hormone Therapy of Orlando brand to provide specialized care focused on hormone optimization, peptide therapies, medical weight management, vitamin therapies, and preventative wellness.

About the Role
We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our growing wellness and hormone optimization team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventative medicine, patient education, and helping patients achieve long-term health goals through personalized treatment plans.
This role focuses primarily on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight management, vitamin therapies, and preventative wellness. The provider will conduct comprehensive evaluations, review diagnostic testing, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients throughout their wellness journey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients improve their health, energy, performance, longevity, and overall quality of life.
The right candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships while contributing to practice growth and patient retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Treatment
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and follow-up appointments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and oversee hormone replacement therapy, peptides, nutraceuticals, and weight loss protocols
- Review lab work and educate patients on treatment recommendations
- Perform injections and other wellness-related procedures as needed
- Support patient compliance, retention, and long-term wellness goals
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations, wellness programs, and available therapies to support informed decision-making and long-term treatment success
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships that encourage treatment adherence, retention, and positive patient outcomes
- Support patient enrollment and participation in ongoing wellness and membership programs when appropriate
Clinical Operations
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
- Collaborate closely with providers and administrative staff
- Assist with clinical workflow, patient follow-up, and treatment coordination
- Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas remain organized and compliant
Growth & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with patients through education and trust
- Represent the practice professionally in the community and at networking events as needed
- Participate in social media and educational content opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications
- Active Florida PA-C or ARNP license (required)
- DEA license
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy (TRT and BHRT) preferred
- Experience with peptide therapies, medical weight management, vitamin therapies, preventative wellness, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, or functional medicine preferred
- Passion for longevity medicine, preventative healthcare, and patient-centered wellness strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
