AIM or MISSION: The mission of the Production Painter position is to accentuate the design, improve the look and desirability of our boats by expertly applying various paint packages according to factory specifications and work orders.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
- Operates a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes to boats and boat parts, according to factory specifications and work order
- Cleans and maintains paint equipment
- Mixes paints and other solutions
- Adheres to environmental and safety policies and procedures
- Tracks and records paint usage and processes
- Conducts quality inspections to identify and correct product defects
