Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Apply tape to product that will be used to attach finished parts
• Be able to retrieve and read the process flow card and set-up sheet for each part to be hand taped
• Be able to retrieve and return any tooling (including nests, assembly fixtures, etc.) and where to get any special tools (clippers, etc.) needed to complete the operation
• Understand the work instructions to complete the set-up process
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or G.E.D. and/or equivalent work experience desired
• Competent in the application of Microsoft Word & Excel 
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be confident and outgoing
• Must be self-motivated and team-oriented
• Must be friendly and able to ask questions in a non-confrontational manner
• Must demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor throughout Quality Assurance and all departments

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Must be able to use hand trimmers for a full shift and be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Blisters may occur in the 1st week. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical part. The employee should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels, and occasionally may be exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
