Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to design, develop, and support enterprise Legal Document Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, document management workflows, records management, and legal/compliance-focused solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience building Legal Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Knowledge of Records Management, Retention Policies, and Compliance requirements
- Experience with document versioning, metadata management, and content types
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint APIs
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Entra ID, and security permissions
- Experience with document migration tools such as ShareGate or Metalogix
- Understanding of legal workflows, contract lifecycle management, and document review processes
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SharePoint-based Legal Document Management solutions.
- Configure document libraries, content types, metadata, and retention policies.
- Develop custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and integrations.
- Build automated legal workflows using Power Automate.
- Create Power Apps for legal operations and document intake processes.
- Implement records management and compliance controls.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and third-party legal systems.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Support document migration, governance, and user adoption initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platform issues.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery, litigation hold, and legal compliance processes.
- Experience with Azure services and Microsoft Graph.
- Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Experience working in Legal, Compliance, Financial Services, or Healthcare domains.
Nice to Have
- AI-powered document search and classification experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI integrations.
- Knowledge of Information Governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
