Job Summary

Join our team as a Special Education Resource Center Associate (RCA) and make a real impact on students’ learning! Under the guidance of an Education Specialist, you will support students in grades TK–5 or 6–12 by helping implement goals from their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and assisting with the daily operations of our vibrant community-based resource centers. RCAs are an integral part of the instructional team, serving as role models and ambassadors for the school. This part-time, hourly position offers 25 hours per week and the opportunity to inspire and support students every day.

Requirements / Qualifications

Hold a high school diploma or its equivalent Completion of two years college coursework from an accredited college or university (Minimum of 48 semester units) - Must attach official or unofficial transcripts to verify credit completion Reliable transportation Pass a work styles/behavior survey and math assessment Clear background check by the Department of Justice and FBI TB Clearance Excellent organization, time management, and record keeping skills Experience working with youth and specialized student populations preferred

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two letters of recommendation on letterhead written within the past two years, including one from a direct supervisor)
