Our Division Altus Property Partners, under Altus Investment Group, is a tech-forward, property management company operating across Chicago and surrounding markets (looking to expand nationwide). We manage 650 units, 24 HOA and condo associations, multifamily buildings, and scattered-site single-family portfolios, maintenance and renovation operations and investor-focused property operations, with a 16-person team and a 5.0 Google rating.

What You'll Own
• Day-to-day property operations across multifamily, association, and scattered-site portfolios
• Owner, board member, and resident relationship management
• Vendor relations, negotiations, and service contract oversight
• Leasing performance, occupancy goals, and unit marketing
• Budget development, financial oversight, and reporting coordination
• Operational workflow improvements and team accountability
• Compliance with Illinois landlord-tenant, fair housing, and HOA regulations
• Documentation, notices, inspections, and capital project support
• Building scalable systems as the company continues to grow
Qualifications
• Strong AI and technology adaptability required.
• 5 years of residential property management experience
• Experience with multifamily and/or HOA/Condo portfolios preferred
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong client and resident relationship management
• Knowledge of Illinois landlord-tenant and fair housing laws
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Tech-forward mindset with willingness to embrace AI and operational tools
Preferred: Buildium | Property Meld | Microsoft Teams | CRM Systems | Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
