About the Position

Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to serve as our Onsite IT Support Associate. This position will be onsite five days a week.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure systems, desktops, software, and conference rooms are set up properly
  • Manage and implement secure practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, is essential
  • Integrate SaaS solutions with our internal team, network
  • Troubleshoot and triage challenges and tickets
  • Implement ticketing system
  • Managing SSO, Active Directory, Devices
  • Security for the infrastructure
  • Manage a phone system, network process
  • Execute system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing, ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly
  • Assist in managing security and support on SharePoint sites.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and support AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., AI assistants, automation platforms) to enhance team efficiency and workflows

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in IT
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related field is preferred
  • Experience with or knowledge of operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools,
  • Advanced computer skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to keep company passwords and information confidential
  • Focused on delivering excellent service / customer focus
  • Basic partnering and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week.
