The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high level support to the Chief Executive Officer and other senior executives ensuring efficient operations and effective communication across the organization. Responsibilities
- Executive Support
o Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
o Review and process expense reports.
o Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
o Screen and prioritize emails, and requests
o Support special projects and initiatives as directed by executives.
Office Coordination
o Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership team sessions, and corporate events.
o Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
o Organize, maintain and order office supplies and other essentials for Field Support Center.
o Serve as point of contact for property management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
- Skills & Core Competencies
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong organizational and time-management skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with ability to positively influence others
o Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
