As an Wireless Team Member, you will work with businesses to guide them through their journey of discovering AT&T’s offerings that best fit their service needs. As an Wireless Team Member, your role will involve providing personalized assistance, answering queries, and recommending products based on product education and knowledge. The Wireless Team Members interactions will shape positive customer experiences and contribute to the success of our company.
Wireless Team Member Responsibilities:
- Listen attentively to customer and business owners inquiries to provide accurate information about AT&T's products and services
- Build strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences
- Process transactions efficiently and ensure proper documentation
- Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues and guide customers in using their devices
Wireless Team Member Qualifications:
- Previous sales, technology or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
