Job Overview:
As a Bartender at Bond Cocktail Lounge, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while crafting innovative cocktails and beverages. You will ensure that guests enjoy a seamless and elegant drinking experience. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails, who can bring flair and professionalism to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages to guests.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Assist guests with drink selection by offering knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as proper serving practices.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately.
- Assist with creating new cocktail recipes and contribute to seasonal menu changes.
- Foster a welcoming and respectful environment for guests and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
