In this role, you’ll work directly with Medicare-eligible clients to help them understand their supplement and MedAdvantage options and enroll in coverage that best fits their needs.
Compensation: $41,500 to $60,000 (based on experience and licensure)
What You'll Do:
- Guide clients through Medicare plan options with professionalism and care.
- Assist clients with enrollment and ensure they understand their benefits and coverage.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on each client’s unique situation and goals.
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-through.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to help resolve questions or concerns.
- Stay informed on Medicare guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry updates.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in an office, customer service, healthcare, or insurance-related environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Professional phone presence and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to obtain a Utah Health & Life Insurance Producer License (if not already licensed).
