What are the responsibilities and job description for the General labor position at Altsman Seal Coating, LLC?
Altsman coatings is looking to 4 to 6 hard-working reliable crew members to join our growing team. We specialize in sealcoating, sports court resurfacing and epoxy floor coatings. This is a hands-on, physical position, ideal for someone that takes pride in their work and enjoy working as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
- assist in prepping and cleaning of work surfaces
- assist in mixing and applying product to surface area
- operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain a organized job site
- must be available to work some weekend
Qualifications
- ability to work well with a team and independently when needed
- self motivated with a strong work ethic
- able to work in outdoor condition, including heat
- physically capable of lifting and carrying up 50 pounds regularly
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- construction or coating experience is a plus, but not required ( we will train the right candidates)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
