This PRN position supports the preparation and delivery of bowel prep kits to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. The role is responsible for assembling kits, maintaining inventory, and safely transporting supplies to designated facilities while adhering to established processes and quality standards. This position requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while providing reliable, on-demand support based on business needs.
Compensation for this role is $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Order Fulfillment & Preparation
- Prioritize order fulfillment based on promise dates to ensure timely completion
- Assemble and prepare bowel prep kits in accordance with established standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and organization
- Maintain proper stock levels and rotate inventory to ensure oldest product is used first
- Ensure all prep kits are uniform, complete, and visually organized prior to distribution
Prep Kit Delivery
- Load vehicle with prep kit orders and all associated supplies
- Verify all items are accounted for prior to departure
- Deliver orders safely and on time to the designated facility
- Coordinate with facility representatives upon arrival to unload and confirm delivery
Inventory & Coordination
- Maintain inventory of prep kit supplies and communicate when reordering is needed
- Follow direction from leadership regarding order prioritization, supply needs, and workflow adjustments
- Communicate any issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport supplies (up to 20lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work on an as-needed (PRN) basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, delivery, warehouse, or healthcare support role
- Experience with inventory management or order preparation
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong customer service or coordination experience

Schedule
Your work schedule will be on an as-needed (PRN) basis and will vary based on business needs, operational demands, and site requirements. Hours are not guaranteed, and you will be scheduled to work based on availability and coverage needs. Workdays and hours may fluctuate and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
