Schedule: Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call/weekend availability

What You’ll Be Doing

· Lead mitigation and remediation projects (water, fire, mold, and biohazard)

· Direct and mentor a team of technicians in the field

· Set up and monitor drying equipment, moisture mapping, and site containment

· Ensure job scope execution, documentation, and equipment usage meets standards

· Communicate clearly with project managers and clients on-site

· Train up new techs and help shape the future of Altru Restoration

What We’re Looking For

· 1 year experience in restoration, construction, or field service required

· Leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred

· IICRC WRT/ASD certified? Great. Not yet? We’ll train and certify you

· Strong attention to detail, job site coordination, and customer care

· Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

· Physically fit, comfortable with crawlspaces, attics, heavy lifting (50 lbs)

· High standards, hungry to grow, and ready to lead by example
