- Identifies, conducts follow-up, and takes action on unsatisfactory outcomes, unusual findings, special needs, and requests.
- Assures completion of documentation according to the area of specialty.
- Reflects commitment to building a supportive work environment and maintains a positive attitude.
- Appropriately uses resources, such as inventory and supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

- Preferred: Associates - Pharmacy
- Required: A minimum of 2 years Related Experience
