Altro is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in animal health, pharmaceuticals, or customer success. In this role, you will support our sales team by engaging with customers, learning their needs, and ensuring they receive outstanding service. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer success, and CRM systems, with training and mentorship from senior team members.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Support senior sales and customer service staff in building and maintaining customer relationships.
· Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide assistance and follow up on orders.
· Help track customer activity in our CRM system (HubSpot).
· Assist with quarterly check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and help identify growth opportunities.
· Respond to customer questions and escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
· Participate in onboarding new customers to the Altro network.
· Contribute to team meetings and help develop strategies to improve customer experience.
· Independently support end to end customer ordering and order issue resolution for assigned customers. Work collaboratively with members of the Altro sales, finance and leadership teams to ensure we’re providing world class customer service.
