Role Description
The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site, project-based role based in Georgetown, TX, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role includes supervising field staff and subcontractors, coordinating schedules across CSA, MEP, cleanroom, and life-safety scopes, managing resources, and maintaining job site safety standards. Strong communication is central to the role: the Construction Manager serves as a key point of contact, managing relationships with stakeholders, the owner, and the City (permitting and inspection authorities), while coordinating subcontractors to keep all trades aligned and on schedule. The Construction Manager will review plans and specifications, monitor project progress against the critical path, address issues that arise on-site, and maintain communication with clients, in-house designers, inspectors, and vendors. The role also involves tracking project costs, preparing reports, and supporting project control processes such as change orders, documentation, and quality inspections. The Construction Manager works closely with leadership and local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations are consistently met.

- Experience on industrial, cleanroom, or advanced-manufacturing builds, including MEPF coordination and fast-track delivery, is strongly preferred.
- Relevant skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents, and use construction management software and basic digital tools.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction management or a related supervisory role; experience on commercial or industrial projects is beneficial.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, on-site, project-based assignment in Georgetown, TX for the project duration.
