Position Overview
We are seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner with strong primary care experience. The ideal candidate is certified to practice independently under California's full-practice authority laws (AB 890: Section 103 or 104) and is passionate about delivering care remotely and/or through facility visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Conduct telehealth consultations from your home or other approved location.
- Perform occasional facility visits to patients as needed (travel mileage reimbursed).
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with support staff and remote clinical advisors as needed.
Qualifications
- Active California NP license in good standing.
- Certified to practice without physician supervision under California law (eligible under AB 890 Sections 103 or 104 preferred).
- National certification (e.g., AANP or ANCC).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in primary care or internal medicine.
- Comfortable using EMRs.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
