We are seeking a passionate and energetic Fulltime Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to promote comprehensive childhood development.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence while maintaining effective classroom management strategies.
- Use behavior management techniques to guide positive social interactions and address individual needs, including experience with children requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Plan and execute engaging lessons that align with developmental milestones and standardized testing requirements for preschool-aged children.
- Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare, progress reports, and collaborative goal setting.
- Incorporate classroom activities that support toddler care, early literacy skills, and foundational math concepts in a fun and interactive manner.
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with educational standards.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with preschool children in a daycare or private school setting is not required.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori techniques.
- Experience managing diverse classrooms with varying needs including children requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles combined with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and colleagues.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures for preschoolers and tutoring methods to support individual learning goals.
- Proven ability to implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and child welfare.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
