Financial Advisor

Alto Financial Group, LLC
State College, PA Full Time
POSTED ON 10/19/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/15/2027

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team and empower clients to achieve their financial goals through expert guidance and personalized strategies. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and wealth management services, ensuring clients navigate complex financial concepts with confidence.

One seat. One opportunity. Not for everyone.

Are you a talented advisor stuck in a role that doesn’t recognize what you bring? Doing the work while someone else gets the credit — and the upside?

Alto Financial Group is hiring exactly one experienced financial advisor to work directly alongside a highly experienced mentor. You’ll step into a proprietary, proven, repeatable planning system — backed by state-of-the-art planning tools — that is already in place and generating affluent clients. It just needs the right person to run it.

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with affluent clients, delivering comprehensive retirement and wealth planning
  • Meet with qualified prospects generated through our established marketing and educational workshop programs
  • Use our proprietary planning system and state-of-the-art planning technology to build, present, and implement client plans
  • Provide a consistently high level of ongoing client service
  • Learn daily from a mentor with a track record of building multi-billion-dollar businesses

Duties

  • Develop tailored financial plans that incorporate legacy planning, tax strategies, and investment management to meet clients’ unique needs.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis using advanced software tools to assess client portfolios, cash flow, and risk tolerance.
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and updates on market trends and financial concepts.
  • Stay current on industry knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory changes to deliver accurate advice.

Who we’re looking for

  • Series 65 license (or equivalent, e.g., Series 7/66 or CFP®)
  • 3–10 years of experience as a financial advisor
  • A proven high performer who feels under-appreciated where you are now
  • Driven to earn $180K and willing to do what it takes to get there
  • Coachable, hungry, and ready to take your career to the next level with our help
  • Committed to hard work — we’ll work just as hard for you

What we offer

  • Unlimited earning potential — $200K is the floor for the right person, not the ceiling
  • Direct, one-on-one mentorship from a serial builder of multi-billion-dollar companies
  • A proprietary planning system and client acquisition engine already in place
  • State-of-the-art planning tools and technology — no cobbling together your own stack
  • Full benefits: health, dental, 401(k), and generous paid vacation
  • A firm that invests in your success because your success is ours

This is a highly selective search. We are only considering proven high performers. If that’s you, apply today and tell us why you’re the one.
