Position Summary: The Night Watchman is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the nursery premises during nighttime hours. This includes monitoring the property, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to any unusual activity or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

•    🚶‍♂️ Patrol nursery grounds regularly throughout the night

•    🔒 Ensure all doors, gates, and windows are securely locked

•    🎥 Monitor surveillance systems (if available) and report any suspicious activity

•    📋 Maintain a nightly log of observations and incidents

•    🚨 Respond to alarms or disturbances and notify appropriate personnel or authorities

•    💡 Check that outdoor lighting and security systems are functioning properly

•    🧯 Be familiar with emergency procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications:

•    Prior experience in security or facility monitoring preferred

•    Ability to stay alert and attentive during overnight shifts

•    Good communication skills and basic report writing

•    Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods

•    Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
