The Paid Media & CRO Specialist role is a position on altLINE's digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be comfortable running multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads. This person should be able to analyze data, translate that data into actionable insights, and adapt the strategy to incorporate these new learnings.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop full-funnel, multi-channel paid media campaigns from concept to implementation for a non-SaaS B2B company
• Become intimately familiar with the target audience segments, and identify gaps and points of friction in each of their user journeys
• Develop and run CRO experiments through A/B testing (CTA placement, landing page design, form length and placement, copy tests, etc.) to increase form fills and call volume
• Identify valuable influencer and industry partnerships and incorporate them into the paid media strategy
• Leverage intent data to identify high potential audiences and build advanced marketing campaigns that align with the users’ stage in the buying journey
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership
• Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas to improve and translating these insights into actionable opportunities
• Manage budgets across campaigns to maintain efficient growth
Job Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, performance marketing, or related field
• Proven experience developing and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio
• Familiar with CRO platforms, such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, Crazy Egg, and Hotjar
• Is comfortable working on a small marketing team
• Has an experimentation mindset and is excited by the opportunity test new lead acquisition strategies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create next steps from campaign performance and data
