Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance product management processes to drive strategic initiatives across the commercial and product teams.
- Manage and optimize pricing systems across all ALTIVIA businesses, including customer pricing, raw material tracking and invoice validation.
- Build and refine tools and processes that improve pricing accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to support decisions around production, market strategy, sales, and customer trends using Excel, Microsoft Power BI tools, AI and internal systems.
- Conduct cost and profitability analyses to inform product-level and business-level financial decisions.
- Oversee inventory planning and forecasting processes to align with customer demand and production planning.
- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy using both historical trends and real-time inputs.
- Maintain and develop dashboards and business intelligence reports in Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
- Manage and analyze internal and external market databases to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Create and present clear, actionable reports and insights for internal stakeholders, including leadership.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives within the commercial organization
