Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Attend customer meetings and maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers via email, phone, and shared documents
- Provide shipment details, arrival information, and reference numbers, ensuring a professional and timely response across all customer touchpoints
- Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, including tolling orders, raw material releases, and outbound finished goods
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments by updating the loading schedule, assigning time slots, and communicating with carriers and suppliers
- Prepare logistics documentation bundles including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and other required shipping and receiving paperwork
- Maintain ERP accuracy by updating ship dates, receipt ETAs, and inventory transactions; perform ERP entries in customer systems when needed
- Participate in weekly MRP reviews and work with the Production Scheduler to align production, shipping, and receiving schedules
- Monitor physical and system inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of both customer-owned and ALTIVIA raw materials
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic math calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a business-related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- Prior work or internship in logistics, manufacturing, or order fulfillment
