The IT Business Support Analyst will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting employee computer, printing, and phone systems at ALTIVIA’s Haverhill chemical facility.
This position will provide the first response to employee’s daily technical issues and escalate to other members of the information technology department when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, surveillance systems & peripheral devices in a Microsoft networking environment.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot communication platforms including VOIP phones, A/V systems and their components.
- Work with employees to diagnose and solve hardware, software, and printing issues either over the phone or face to face.
- Aid in the maintenance of wired & wireless network devices onsite and remotely.
- Support senior IT staff when necessary.
