We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our community towards excellence. As the CEO of the community, you will be responsible for overseeing all programs and policies, ensuring the efficient administration of the business plan, and maintaining substantial compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating care and services to residents
- Oversight of nursing and care staff
- Maintaining resident satisfaction and achievement of realistic care plan goals
- Marketing and public relations activities to maintain occupancy goals
You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling community staff, ensuring the community is appropriately staffed at all times.
Requirements for this role include:
- Post-secondary education (two years) or college degree preferred
- Minimum three years' experience in a supervisory role in senior housing
